Cosy hotel with great charm
The hotel's proximity to the Hammersmith tube station made it super convenient for easy travel around London. The staff were friendly, providing great recommendations to nearby eateries.
The room was quite small, and the bathroom was particularly cramped, which could be challenging for some. The steep stairs to the room were a workout I didn't expect.

Satisfactory and fine breakfast for £4 for the start of the day. Nice beds, air conditioner, coffee and an iron in the room.

Location is great, and price is good for a London hotel. Bathroom is new and clean though a bit small.
Same problems with all conversion. Corridor is narrow, and walls are thin, but fortunately neighbors did not stay up late. No lift, and has taken me quite an afford to move my big luggage up 3 floors.

Check-in felt a bit awkward. The receptionist's comments were off-putting. The room was tidy but cramped. I appreciated the USB ports by the bedside. The bathroom was tiny, but I found it clean. I had a pretty good sleep but noticed some outside noise from traffic, especially in the early morning. It's in a great spot near Hammersmith with easy tube access, just a short walk away. I didn't try the breakfast, but I saw it was just an extra charge, which seemed fair. I enjoyed my stay but felt the check-in experience could be better.

The heated bathroom floor was a good surprise, especially given the chilly London weather.
The stairs to my room were quite narrow and steep, which could be challenging with heavy luggage.

The location was perfect (only a 5 minute walk from the Hammersmith Apollo and Hammersmith Tube). The hotel was basic, but at the price it was expected.
The only downside is its quite noisy. The walls are quite thin, and if you are at the front you are on a busy road.

Had a lovely stay! The staff were super cute, especially Anna, were great. Room was clean, comfy, and located perfectly near the Tube. Just a bit noisy at night, but not a dealbreaker. Will definitely come back!

Booked for concert at Hammersmith Odeon, as it is in walking distance. It lived up to good reviews from other concertgoers: friendly efficient staff. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom (very important). Good breakfast. Pleasant decor. I would definitely stay there again....

Very clean; appeared newly refurbished; adequate size for 2 people; quiet; great location for Hammersamith Tube Station 5 mins walk. Very good value continental breakfast.
On our first morning there was no water in our room. We were staying on the fourth floor of the annex. The staff seemed puzzled by this; came to see and left saying they would speak with the manager-perhaps there was a leak somewhere on the main road. We decided to have breakfast. Other guests appeared to have water in their rooms (some guests had damp hair). No manager appeared to speak with us during breakfast-so after breakfast, we asked a member of staff whether we could have another room. We were told to try the water again, the lack of water, was probably due to low pressure. Sure enough as many guests were now having or queuing up for breakfast, and not having showers, the water pressure was fine and we were able to shower. The following morning-we showered very early so as not to get caught out again. Other than that it was a lovely hotel.

The proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo where I was going that night, the cleanliness of the room and the fact that I could actually move around in the bathroom as opposed to other London hotels I've stayed...
